New Realty Projects and Sohna Road Development Change the Skyline of Gurgaon

Gurgaon has witnessed introduction of some of the most exclusive real estate projects in the national capital region. The article discusses about some of the eminent builders and their projects which would further change the real estate scenario of Gurgaon.

The Millennium city of India, Gurgaon has lived up to its name. The city is home to a number of MNCs, domestic companies, NGOs, world class hotels and health care centers. The population of city has increased and crossed 16.5 lakhs in August 2012. It is now become costlier to invest in the properties in the city center, such as property in Gurgaon. Some other sectors like 14, 11, 31, 32, 43, 49, 37, etc. have been the center of real estate development in the past.  The properties in these localities are now mostly available for resale.

Seeing the surging population and increased demand for the properties in Gurgaon, a number of reputed real estate companies such as Assotech Ltd., Chintels India Limited, Emaar MGF Land Ltd (EMGF), etc., have come up with a number of options to accommodate the increasing population.

One of the builders Assotech Ltd has launched a project named Assotech Blith, which will be ready for possession by the end of the year 2015. According to the officials from the company, the company is ready with its sample flats to help the buyers to check, and the construction is also paced.
Harmony by the Unitech Group is a luxury project. The residential units are priced at a range of Rs. 1.47-2.83 Crores. This residential property in Sector 50, Gurgaon is quite popular among the high end buyers. The 2/3/4 BHK flats will be available in the size range of 1724-3331 sq. ft.

Another such group is Chintels Serenity by Chintels India Limited, which is constructed in an area of over 400 acres in New Gurgaon and some parts of Delhi. The project comprises of two residential towers and will be completed by the year 2023 with an expenditure of over Rs 4,500 crore.
Imperial Gardens by EMGF is a luxurious residential project in Sector 102, Gurgaon, which would comprise of 580 3 BHK residential units, each constructed on an area of 2,000 sq. ft. The project would offer modern gated community lifestyle.
Ramprastha Group is planning to launch a new residential project named Primera, where the properties will be available at a price of Rs 6,500 per sq ft. The Ramprastha Group has many more upcoming residential projects in its kitty and it has plans to deliver around 5 lakh units in the coming 5-6 years.
Hermitage, the group housing project by the Satya Group on Dwarka Expressway in Sector 103 is another name in the luxury home segment of Gurgaon. The group has plans to launch 2 more residential projects on the Dwarka Expressway.
Real Estate Development of Sohna Road

Seeing the tremendous growth opportunities in the sub urban localities of Gurgaon, the government has taken various steps to boost up the adjoining areas of Gurgaon, like Sohna Road. The government has come up with the Sohna Master Plan 2031, after approval of which, a number of industrial, commercial as well as residential projects will be introduced in the region in near future. According to the new master plan, more than 20 new sectors will be constructed in Sohna Road. The plan suggests that more than 28% of the area will be allotted for residential development; where as 20% of the land will be allocated for industrial purposes.
